Great Value : Boss MR1600W Marine CE Receiver
This is my second unit from Boss Unfortunately, both have had problems and while the Boss tech staff are helpful it does not remedy the problems. The first unit had a problem with the wired remote which shut down the head unit when plugged in. No fix, unfortunately warranty just expired. Buyers should try and read the warranty before buying since are required to ship the unit to the factory with cashier's check for return. Second unit (recent purchase) problem is still being worked on as the wired remote have very thin prongs and mine came with one prog bent over. Trying to resolve this at this writing. Also setting the tuner to stations is time consuming as tuner does not scan all frequencies and some times skips a broad range of frequencies. Still trying.
This is probably the last Boss unit I buy.
